Mr. Karel graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis on Commercial Real Estate in August of 2006. He completed an internship at Diversified Real Estate Services assisting Commercial Real Estate Appraisers in the summer of 2006. Mr. Karel’s responsibilities include assisting Mr. Dallman in managing the commercial properties in the Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. portfolio, including operation, maintenance, tenant relations and new tenant build-outs.
