Encompass’s Management Team of Real Estate Professionals has over 75 years of experience in all aspects of Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Real Estate.  Encompass Properties was established in 2021 and started operations with a portfolio of approximately 300,000 square feet with six commercial properties, located in the states of Minnesota and Florida. The portfolio has grown to approximately 400,000 square feet with nine commercial properties. Encompass Properties may appear to be a startup company but with the current management team’s experience of over 75 years in all aspects of real estate; this is hardly the case. Encompass Properties has the energy and experience to expand and is actively looking in their current markets but also into other markets throughout the United States as opportunities become available.
